Young Dragon in Atchison

I love this place. You can sit down or get containers to go. Food is decent, not necessarily gourmet, but for a Chinese buffet, the food is good and there are plenty of choices of dishes. Maybe a bit pricey depending on any single person's own definition, but I think the price is affordable to enjoy Young Dragon a few times per month, especially days you don't feel like cooking. I recommend.

Too cold!! Food was to cold to finish eating 😠 Our party was 3 adults, 3 young children& a infant. The server only checked on us 2 times. Our check had an automatic $8.+ tip. That is Ridiculous!!! Our family are long time frequent customers from out of town. We don't plan to return😡 To add to our BAD experience, 1 adult is having sever stomach cramps & 1 child is vomiting. We were all fine till we ate😠

I did not have a problem with the food.

Had to be careful as some foods were not hot on steam table. Waitress was excellent keeping our drinks filled

We love this Chinese food restaurant. The food is fresh and has great flavor. The staff is friendly and quick to clear empty plates. Definitely a wonderful buffet.

This visit was late afternoon, so it was pretty quiet. The buffet is probably the most popular thing at this Chinese Restaurant. There is a large variety on each of the 4 buffet stations: appetizers, main, salads & fruit, and dessert. The hot food is rotated out regularly so that it stays hot and fresh.The staff is friendly and attentive, but not overly so.The restaurant is clean and roomy.

For the price the food is decent... Noodles were over heated. And wantons were very hard. But still tasted good

For my money, this is the best restaurant in Atchison. The food is excellent, it's not too expensive, and the service is good too. Plus, whenever I've been there it has been quiet enough to hold a conversation. All around, a very nice restaurant.

Best place to go for Chinese foods. The price are also reasonable.

Food is good. Price is great (under $20 for 2 @ lunch). The staff is friendly. It is also the only Chinese in 30 miles. Carry out is just as good as dining in.

More like a 4.5 but there's no in-between, I personally love this restaurant. The food is almost always really good, even when they're very busy you get seated immediately, and they're very kind and check up on you frequently

I like the food here but I think that it could be a lil better.

Disappointed. We were there just as they opened for lunch. Obviously, many of the selections were reheated from the night before. Meats were dry, noodles and rice were hard. Disappointed because we've usually had fresh food there.

If you plan on eating at Young Dragon, it's probably because you are from Atchison, KS. If you are from Atchison, KS then young know Young Dragon is the only Chinese game in town...so enjoy! Passable Chinese buffet. Not a lot of variety, but it gets the basics down, decently enough.

The food was delicious as usual but the sevice was kind of slow it took almost 15 minutes to get our drinks.

I ate mostly seafood, I could tell that the food had been sitting out the little too long. This restaurant is set up mostly for buffet, which I didn't really care for. makes you eat more than what you really want just so you can get your money's worth.

Very good buffet, especially for a lunch price of ~$10.00. Bathrooms are clean and seats are fairly comfortable and intimate. Only downside, getting into the lot and parking can be a challenge. It’s at a pretty active location, though.

Ordered on the website. Food was good! You can't seem to order beverages online which is kind of a drag.

It's nice if your in a hurry. Service is very quick. They are very good about getting what u need and making it easy to pay and get out the door. The food is awesome!!!! My favorite.

I have lived in Atchison all my life. As long as Young Dragon has been here, it has been good food. However, it has also been the same food. It would be nice to have a change in food. Also, they have to watch that the food hasn't sit too long. I love going there to eat. But hopefully they make some fresh changes some day.
